What is the difference between ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2?
Phase 1 (Generation Phase) required businesses to generate and store structured electronic invoices with basic QR codes. Phase 2 (Integration Phase) requires direct REST API connection with the ZATCA Fatoora portal for real-time B2B invoice clearance and cryptographic digital signing.
How does the ZATCA integration work inside Odoo Accounting?
When a customer invoice or credit note is posted in Odoo Accounting, our module automatically generates the UBL 2.1 XML, signs it with your CSID certificate, calculates the PIH hash, embeds the QR code, and transmits it via API to ZATCA for clearance or reporting.
